He spent a decade dedicated to poverty reduction, mobilizing US$21 million as Founder & CEO of Growth Mosaic, a “Best for the World” B Corp in West Africa. Wayne’s next decade is dedicated to global sustainability. After being Director of Growth at the Centre for Social Innovation and Managing Director of TechSoup Canada, he now leads McConnell Foundation’s social finance investment readiness program.
