Noah Wandera is the Business Development Manager and acting Training Director at Enterprise Uganda. Noah has been engaged in supporting beneficiaries under SEED programs since 2013 and is responsible for managing the partnership between SEED Initiative and Enterprise Uganda. At Enterprise Uganda, Noah is responsible for developing and implementing training and mentoring solutions for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The focus areas for Noah are: developing training strategies of Enterprise Uganda; designing new training programs to respond to the changing business environment and emerging challenges; generation of funding proposals; providing quality control during design and implementation of training programs; leading training teams in delivering training to MSMEs and high-end customers such as corporate organizations.

Noah has profound experience in the areas of; Enterprise Development and Promotion through Business Development Services, Project Planning and Management, Participatory Rural Appraisals and Research Techniques; Networking and Advocacy. Noah holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Uganda Martyrs University and Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA) from Ndejje University. He is certified by UNCTAD as an Empretec National Master Trainer.
