Martin Felipe is a Board Member of PREMAnet and Senior Associate Lupien at Rosenberg et Associés. As a facilitator, consultant, trainer and coach with more than 13 years’ experience in planning, estimating / selling / executing of State-funded multi-stakeholder projects, project leadership and coordination of multi-cultural, multilingual, multi-stakeholder funded projects with displaced / rural population entrepreneurship he is qualified to be part of a team and add value. As a senior consultant and having been part of a large group of professionals he has been successful structuring Business Development Service Products to attend specific needs of the SME market. He knows about production processes (services, industrial, rural, urban) and can come with the participants to see blind spots and realise change enthusiastically as a natural activity towards more efficient operations.
He has successfully documented, in the field experience with on the ground impact in chemical businesses, in industries in the pharmaceutical sector, rural entrepreneurship lead by groups of women in Colombia (1477 women), urban entrepreneurship with displaced families that arrived in Bogotá (272 new businesses). He has PREMA® application knowledge in its different views and attached to Good Housekeeping (GHK®), Environmental Oriented Cost Management (EoCM) and Resource Efficient Chemical Management (REMC). He has been part of the teams that successfully promote Profitable Resource Efficient Management (PREMA®), applied PREMA® as a consultant, organised and implemented Info-trainings on PREMA®, has organised training of enterprises (ToE), and trained consultants (ToC). He is registered in the GIZ’s Gutachterdatenbank.
