Henri is co-founder and Managing Partner of Match Maker Associates (MMA), Match Maker Fund Management (MMFM) and SME Impact Fund (SIF). His main professional focus is the development and application of best practices in private sector development services, particularly Value Chain Analysis (VCA) and Making Markets Work for the Poor (M4P), as well as the development and implementation of innovative financial services.  He has extensive experiences in project management, training and coaching and has coordinated and executed numerous consultant assignments and trainings in mainly East and Southern Africa. Currently, he is mainly involved in SME Impact Fund, which has provided over 80 loans to 46 agribusiness SMEs in Tanzania. These investments resulted in 1,400 jobs created and/or sustained and more than 50,000 people benefited directly or indirectly.
