Moliza
Moliza sells medicinal herbs and spices, while supporting organic agricultural practices in small urban spaces.
Rosemary is known for its health benefits like subjective improvement of concentration and relaxation. Motivated through the growing interest of the Ugandan costumer, Moliza started to grow several spices and herbs to meet the demand of a health-conscious market. With the current focus on local costumers, herbs are planned to be sold to pharmaceutical companies to produce medical supplements.
To further promote agricultural practices in small urban areas, Moliza offers training for farming techniques and other capacity building activities to young aspiring agro-entrepreneurs.
