Sheaney is an initiative working on curbing unhealthy standards of beauty locally, which cause physical and mental health problems. Sheaney does this by raising awareness around issues of beauty and cosmetics and by producing organic, all-skin-type friendly, and affordable creams for body and hair from locally-sourced products like shea butter

Sheaney is empowering rural women by incorporating them along the enterprise's value chain, including in production, advocacy, and marketing. These women are not only beneficiaries but also help to create positive impacts, especially for the physical wellbeing and mental health of locals.

Eco-Inclusive Impacts

Advocating for health and offering organic beauty products.

  • Promoting plantations of shea nut trees locally.

  • Reducing carbon emissions by sourcing products locally and regionally.

  • Promoting health and well-being, especially in the cosmetics and beauty industries

  • Empowering local women to advocate for mental health.

  • Empowering local women financially by incorporating them along the enterprise's value chain.

  • Reducing employment and pay gaps through equal-opportunity job creation.
