Alinafe Checho Mpoka is an accomplished and seasoned marketing and business development expert, Trainer and a value chain analyst.

He is currently working at the SMALL & MEDIUM ENTERPRISES DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE (SMEDI) as a Senior Marketing and Business Development Officer.

He has worked with a number of international and national organizations including Farm Concern International (FCI), Copyright Society of Malawi, FDH Bank and AMG Global in various positions. He has facilitated a number of capacity building and BDS workshops including Personal Initiatives for Community Development Officers.

Alinafe is very innovative, result oriented with over seven years of experience and passion for building strategic relationships and exceeding client and management expectations. Proven success in the areas of project management, marketing, operations, business development, new project implementation, climate adaption and SME resilience building and community

transformation. Alinafe is a holder of a Bachelor of Business Administration and Certificates in Entrepreneurship and Business Advisory, Personal Initiatives, Financial Inclusion among others.

Alinafe have been working with Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Malawi helping them to grow and be sustainable. He has also worked with international and local organizations on a number of enterprise development programs for MSMEs development and resilience building. Alinafe is focused on helping enterprises from different sectors develop strategies that help them achieve their goals and visions through training, research, development of business and marketing plans, networking and partnership development.
