Joseph is a goal-oriented executive with over 15 years’ experience in business management, Credit Management, marketing, customer service and business operations with a record of driving new revenue growth, building, and expanding relationships. Extensively familiar with business development, marketing, management, public relations, and administrative procedures. Adept at developing and implementing strategies that support brand and sales objectives without compromising customer satisfaction. Joseph is an associate Member of International Academy of Retail Banking (CIRB) and holds a bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science and Technology from the University of Malawi, The Polytechnic now called MUBAS.
