Merriska is passionate about designing business & innovation with impact. Currently, she is running META Innovation Lab with a mission to create a safe space for leaders and organizations in exploring innovation and experimenting with new ideas through human-centered design. From 2019, she and her team has facilitated more than 100+ innovation workshops and reached 6700+ participants.

Her almost 10 years of work experience is all about social innovation & entrepreneurship, management consultant, and brand management. She led innovation & research projects for international government agencies, corporates, and NGOs. She also actively supports the entrepreneurship ecosystem by contributing to 40+ events as a mentor, speaker, facilitator, and judge around entrepreneurship and innovation programs. To date, she has provided 30+ consultations to startups and social enterprises in various sectors.

Back in 2016, she was selected as one of the fellows in Global Social Impact House by the University of Pennsylvania, when the workshop was facilitated by the IDEO Team.
