Karon Shaiva is a social entrepreneur, columnist, writer, lecturer, speaker and trainer. As Chief Impact Officer & Managing Director of Idobro, she has committed to take Action that enables Women, Social and Green enterprises to access markets, build capacity, create linkages and deliver solutions through the Idobro Circle of Impact.

Karon has over 20 years of experience in India and the USA in the IT, education, finance, gemology and development sectors. In addition to holding a Masters in Marketing Management, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science, she has undergone the Swedish Institute Management program in CSR & Sustainability, she is a certified management professional, Faculty Mentor by NEN – London Business School and Visiting Faculty at NMIMS, Mumbai.

Karon’s personal story has been covered by the iconic series - Chicken Soup for the Indian Women Soul and she was invited to speak at the worldwide launch of the Mentoring Women in Business programme by the Cherie Blair Foundation in New York.
