Jana Rudnik joined SEED in 2015 as Adviser. She was involved with the coordination and implementation of the Investor Forum and the SEED Awards; and works on projects in the area of social and environmental entrepreneurship and inclusive business.

Before joining adelphi research, Jana worked for the Siemens Foundation, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), the German Emirati Joint Council and the Fraunhofer Gesellschaft. She gained extensive experience in the areas of sustainable development and international development cooperation; with a focus on the MENA region, Sub-Saharan Africa and Southeast Asia.

Jana studied political science, business studies and public international law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich.
