The company provides door-to-door services to households and corporates for a fee. They focus on all types of waste, including garbage and recyclables. This sets them apart from larger recycling companies who only accept the higher earning waste streams. The company also provides bins to support clients with their own waste management.

The number of staff at Helen’s Refuse Collection Services continues to grow. The company is currently developing an app to increase the customer base and increase efficiency of operations.
