The bee products are purchased from the farmers to provide a ready market. The bee products are then repackaged and sold to retail outlets such as supermarkets.
An online system is used to provide a common platform for farmers to facilitate knowledge sharing and access larger markets.
Ministry of Food and Agriculture helps organise farmers into farm-based organizations that help facilitate knowledge transfer and support.
Loonlla Beekeepers Association is a cooperative formed by farmers that help implement activities and knowledge transfer during training.
