SEED Announces Green Entrepreneurship Awards Call For Applications in Morocco

Call for applications open until 31st of March

1st March 2024 – SEED is now accepting applications for the Green Entrepreneurship Awards. Funded by the Government of Flanders, the Awards are part of a joint initiative to promote entrepreneurship for sustainable development.

The Awards will support eco-inclusive businesses to increase their market growth while strengthening the environmental and social impact in local communities. Eligible businesses include those focusing on areas such as biodiversity protection, responsible water management, building community resilience, waste management and climate-smart farming practices.

Applications are now open until 31st of March 2024. One (1) winner will receive a one-year SEED Catalyser Pro support and a matching grant of up to 15,000€ to make necessary investments to scale. Ten (10) Runners-up will receive six-month SEED Catalyser support and a matching grant of 5,000€ to support necessary investments to grow.

The Green Entrepreneurship Awards are just one of the initiatives launched by SEED in 2024. SEED will continue its work of empowering entrepreneurs, start-ups, and SMEs to create climate-positive business models that promote eco-inclusive jobs, green economic growth, and environmental sustainability in Morocco.
