Social Farm Company acquires large tracts of litigation free virgin farmland and near water bodies and develops this land into co-operative farms. The company offers smallholder and commercial farmers this farmland on rent, lease or purchase basis.

Beneficiaries also receive training in agricultural practices, technology, business development, and marketing. A particular focus is laid on youth and women.

The co-operation benefits from aggregating procured inputs and services as well as the common marketing and distribution to buyers. The company also conducts market research and acts as a local agent for other social enterprises.
