Through a B2B model, Mopane Worm Farm sells phane products to food processing companies, individuals, restaurants and community enterprises in the phane business. The products are cheaper, highly nutritious, tasty, readily available and eco-friendly compared to other alternative protein options.

Mopane Worm Farm reaches out to their customers through Facebook as the main marketing channel and sells to directly to households through arranged delivery services. The enterprise makes money through sales of phane products with a focus on dried and minced phane.
