Mandisa Banjwa is a Senior Analyst at GreaterImpact and has been with the company since 2011. She has worked on several in-depth evaluations focused on understanding the impact of developmental programmes in the health, education, community safety and enterprise development sectors. Mandisa has a strong background in development and research with extensive field work experience in South Africa, Mozambique, Kenya, Swaziland and Malawi, and has a deep passion for rural development and the empowerment of women and girls. Moreover she has strong interest in ecosystem mapping and co-authored the “The Landscape of Eco-Inclusive Entrepreneurship in Malawi, Mozambique and Namibia; Trends, Challenges and Opportunities” report.
